Project Summary
Protein Industries Canada is working with The Ivey Academy at Western University to deliver a custom, world-class executive education and training program to boost the all-around business and leadership acumen of Protein Industries Canada members who are looking to scale.
The education program delivers interactive, participant-centred learning using case studies, workshops/simulations, interactive lectures, and action-learning. It gives participants the foundations needed in key leadership areas, including culture, strategy and communications; talent and performance development; teams and finance (including valuation and capitalization); teams and information systems (including IP ownership and strategy); and driving change.
Along with individualized assessment support and mentorship, participants have the opportunity to network with each other and amongst guest lectures and other experts involved in the program.
